During initial meetings with clients security requirements are confirmed to ensure they are fully understood and implemented by AECS operations staff. Property keys are not tagged with the client's details, digital security codes are kept under a separate coded system. During the screening of potential employees the company endeavours to select the best staff available for the job, candidates must be able to provide references. Cleaning operators are supplied with a company uniform to wear while they are in attendance at the client's premises.
