There are two major components that are essential for the ongoing success of any cleaning contract:
- Regular programmed on site supervision and quality control
- Training of staff in all aspects of cleaning and emphasising their responsibility towards the client's business and property whilst they are on the premises. This could involve the reporting of security matters, vandalism, damage or OH&S concerns directly to the client or the AECS Area Manager.
